Avangarde Forest

Avangarde Forest is a residential development that, as the name suggests, deserves avant-garde communication, yet it was suffering from a lack of targeted leads. Our job was to rise to the challenge and help generate new, well-targeted leads.

The property market is extremely competitive and very present online, so Avangarde Forest needed to stand out clearly from its competitors. We put into practice a custom strategy, built on the business's well-defined USPs. In the first stage, the strategy studied the competition in the category. The design of the lead generation funnel followed, along with the planning of activities for each traffic source.

We moved forward in stages, starting with everything related to software development, as the website received a considerable refresh in design and functionality:

• we rebuilt the site for greater usability
• we built dedicated landing pages, optimised for the marketing campaigns
• we created new content, backed by verbal and visual communication
• we made it easier to interact with the brand through a substantial upgrade of the contact pages

In the next phase, we worked extensively on marketing. Our main focus was the lead generation funnel, closely analysed for the entire run of the campaigns so that it would meet the business objectives.
