About the project
The challenge
Our work with Invictus started from a clear set of problems that we had to tackle and solve as smartly as possible.
The existing online store had limitations caused by the e-commerce systems in the Magento platform: specifically, barriers in e-commerce functionality, as well as restrictions on content management.
From the start, we knew our priority was to add new features to the platform and create a browsing experience that felt as seamless and up to date as possible.
The solution
Our problem-solving process went through several stages. We always set off with solid research, and here we studied the reported problems in the finest detail. Based on what we found, we built a strategy around the client's business goals, for a linear development cycle.
We improved the site step by step with the following carefully implemented features:
