Ambiance Residence

The problem
Targeted leads were exactly what the residential complex AMBIANCE Residence wanted from us. Our reaction? We don’t know how to ignore challenges, but we solve them with optimised digital solutions.


The solution

It was very important both for us and for the client to distance AMBIANCE Residence from the wild competition in the real estate industry, so we put in place a strategy derived from the well defined business USPs. We underwent a thorough research of the competition in the niche. Next, we created a lead generation funnel and we planned the activities according to each source of traffic.

After that we kicked off the performance marketing stage, essential for a job well done. This was especially created to meet the business needs, while the funnel was carefully analysed throughout the campaign roll-out.

  • Custom strategy, adapted to the type of business
  • Creating original design for promotional materials
  • Development of monthly campaigns for lead generation: Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads and Google Ads
  • We analysed the campaigns constantly and we recalibrated them until we achieved an optimal acquisition cost for the client
