About the project
The challenge
The NailsUp.ro team needed several platform improvements to support the growth of the business. Customers struggled to find the physical points of sale, syncing with the management system caused delays and errors, and a significant number of orders were lost at card payment because transactions were not completed.
The solution
We developed a custom store locator module that lets customers quickly find partner locations. Our optimisation of the management system integration made syncing stock, prices and orders faster and more reliable. We also created a custom module that recovers orders with incomplete payments: it automatically identifies abandoned transactions and sends customers a notification with a secure link to complete the purchase. All of this work is backed by an active maintenance contract that keeps the platform running at its best.
