The challenge
Franke Romania ran its spare parts site separately, which made administration difficult and held back performance. On top of that, conversion tracking did not provide data detailed enough to optimise marketing campaigns, and the platform needed stronger security measures to protect customer data and online operations.
The solution
We migrated the spare parts site into the existing Magento platform, bringing the entire online presence together in a single instance that is easy to manage. We implemented the 2Performant integration for affiliate tracking and configured an advanced tracking system that gives full visibility into user behaviour and campaign performance. Alongside this, we applied a set of advanced security measures to protect the platform against vulnerabilities.
