About the project
The challenge
When the Tikki.ro team contacted us, they were running up against the limits of their existing platform and wanted to migrate to a more robust solution, one that would let them expand and efficiently manage several online stores in different countries. Their main goal was a platform able to handle both their Romanian and international operations, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
The solution
Based on Tikki.ro's specific needs, we chose to migrate to Magento 2. We implemented a multi-store, multi-country solution that allows all the online stores to be managed centrally, including the development of tikkishoes.com on the same Magento 2 instance. The solution was designed to offer flexibility and to support the rapid growth of the business across diverse markets.
