What does the job involve?

  • As a business development specialist, you will choose the best-suited solutions to solve our clients' business problems
  • You will identify and carry out the initial qualification of e-commerce software development and online marketing leads
  • You will actively reach out to new clients by phone and email
  • Actively propose solutions to improve clients' businesses, confirmed with the other departments
  • Build quotes together with the other departments and present them to potential clients
  • Actively monitor the market and propose development solutions in the e-commerce space

Our requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar business development or sales role
  • Knowledge of the e-commerce market in Romania and across Europe
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Magento in particular)
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics)
  • A sociable, communication-oriented personality
  • Creativity and a proactive approach in everything you do
  • English language skills, so you can communicate with our clients abroad
